Last Thursday at Colne Municipal Hall, West Street’s super choir put on a stellar performance as part of Pendle Schools’ Festival.  Wearing their very funky choir uniform, a group of super talented young people sang 4 different songs, arranged by Mrs Heather Lamb and conducted by Ms Tristesse James.  They sang ‘One Love’ by Bob Marley, ‘You’re the Voice’ by John Farnham, ‘Wunderkind’ by Alanis Morrisette and ‘Make Your Own Kind of Music’ by Paloma Faith.  The performance ended with a surprise confetti explosion after the children brought the roof down with their beautiful voices, enthusiasm and polished choreography.  We were very proud of the children for giving 100% to this performance and making this a night to remember!
