Class 5 enjoyed making bubble mixture using water, washing up liquid and glycerin. After leaving it for 4 hours, they took their mixture outside and created a variety of wands from straws and string, pipe cleaners, lolly sticks and even, after some enquiry, their own hands! They deduced that large wands created more bubbles and larger bubbles whilst the smaller wands created little bubbles. The faster you blew, the easier it was to pop the bubbles. They even made 3D wands to create some fabulous bubbles.
