Here is a snapshot of what we have been doing over the last few weeks.

Our topic this half term has been Spring. The children have been learning all about the changes that occur this time of year. We went on a Spring hunt around school with the binoculars that we made and the children searched for early signs of Spring. We saw the daffodils growing and the buds appearing on the blossom trees.

We then painted daffodils and made blossom trees. We also planted beans to grow our own beanstalks and the children have taken them home today to look after over the Easter holidays, we would love to see pictures of how big they have grown.

Today we made Easter nest crispy cakes and we went on an Easter hunt following the Easter bunny’s numbered footprints and we found a basket of Easter lollies!

Hope you all have a lovely break, nursery reopens on Wednesday 20th April 🙂
